Stopping Pollution at the Start
This product is special because we stopped using any organic solvents. The main material is a water-based epoxy resin. Some of it even comes from plants. The hardener is also one that mixes with water. All the helpers in the formula follow the US EPA's "Safer Choice" standards. They have no APEOs or other questionable chemicals. The whole process follows the ISO 14024 eco-label rules. You can think of it like this: we put a "green rule" on every step from the start to the final can.
Data That Beats the National Rules
Saying it is green is not enough. Let's look at the data. By the GB 24409-2020 standard, our VOCs are below 30g/L. To give you an idea, the national limit is 200-300g/L. So we are about 10 times cleaner than the law requires. Harmful things like benzene are "Not Detected" in our reports. Heavy metals meet the strict EU REACH rules. Also, during baking, no harmful gases are released. This means the air cleaning system in your factory can work less hard. You might not even need a big RTO burner to meet the rules.

Strong Performance, Not a Compromise
Some worry that if a product is very green, the performance will be poor. Let us show you a real example. A client in Zhejiang makes outdoor furniture for export. They used an imported solvent-based paint. It was costly, and the environmental rules were a big problem. They tried our product. For rust protection, we did the ASTM B117 test. On carbon steel, it gave over 600 hours. This met their export needs. Adhesion was 0-level by ISO 2409. We also did a water test. We put the part in 40°C deionized water for 240 hours. When we took it out, the film had no loss of gloss, no color change, no bubbles, and no peeling. Their outdoor furniture is now sold in Northern Europe. The customer feedback is very good.
The Real Savings from Being Green
