Our History
Founded in May 2010, our company successfully obtained the ISO Environmental Management System Certification and ISO Quality Management System Certification in July 2012. It was awarded the title of Director Unit of Quzhou Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in November 2010 and again in August 2019. At present, the company has 28 employees, including 9 engineers and 4 senior engineers. All core technical personnel have rich working experience in the same industry. With a solid management system and a professional talent team, the company has developed steadily in the industry and established a good reputation.
Our Factory
Zhejiang Quzhou Chengji Coatings Co., Ltd. is located in Qujiang Economic Development Zone, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating science, industry and trade, specializing in the production of cathodic electrophoretic paint, whose performance reaches the advanced level among domestic products of the same category.
The company covers an area of 6,000 square meters with a building area of 4,000 square meters. It currently has 28 employees, including 8 engineers and 4 senior engineers, most of whom have rich working experience in the same industry. At present, the company's annual production capacity of cathodic electrophoretic paint is 5,000 tons, with an annual output value of about 60 million RMB. The main market sales method is regional sales, and sales points have been set up in major cities across the country.

I. Pre-tank-filling Services
1.1 Provide users with product data,construction process specifications and other technical materials;
1.2 Sign relevant technical agreements on the basis of full research by both parties before tank filling.The agreement includes a comprehensive evaluation of the technical conditions and requirements that each party must meet,and tank filling can only be carried out after confirming that the requirements are met;
1.3 Timely train relevant laboratory and construction personnel for users to enhance their own process management level of electrophoretic coating;
1.4 Complete data filling for users in advance to guide the management of electrophoretic tank in the future.
II. Post-tank-filling Services
2.1 Set up offices in areas where users are concentrated or where major users are located to fully handle technical work and related matters; offices can also be set up at the request of customers to assist users in the management of coating lines;
2.2 Establish technical service files for users, hold regular technical exchange meetings, and jointly discuss problems arising in the use and management of electrophoretic coatings, so as to continuously improve the technical management level of both parties.
