Cathodic Electrophoretic Coating

This product is based on a modular design idea. We made the resin, the hardener, the pigment paste, and the additives as separate modules. By changing the mix of these modules, we can make different versions. For example, we can make a version for high rust protection. Or one for a nice finish. Or one that is good in the sun. We do not have to start from zero each time. We follow the ISO 9001 quality system strictly. We check our key raw materials carefully. We even use a special machine, FTIR, to check the resin structure. This is like a fingerprint for each batch. It makes sure each batch is the same as the last. This gives you stable performance over time.

Rust Protection: In the ASTM B117 salt spray test on carbon steel, it gives 800 hours. This meets the needs of most industrial uses.

Good Looks: The gloss (60°) can be set from 60-80% (semi-gloss) to >85% (high gloss) . The film is smooth and shows a clear reflection.

Strong Mechanics: It passes the 50 kg·cm impact test. It has a flexibility of 1 mm and a hardness of 2H-3H.

This balance means you can use one paint for many jobs. You do not need a different paint for each part. One client makes both car parts and appliance parts. They used to have two different tanks. Now they use just this one product. Their management cost was cut in half.

For large-scale production, a stable bath is key. It saves you time and money. Our bath stability is proven. Under normal production, it can run for over 12 months without being replaced. You just need to add more paint and adjust the parameters. This is because it is very stable. It resists bacteria that can spoil the resin. This stops the bath from smelling or settling. One client used to replace their bath every 3 months. Each time, they lost two days of production and had to pay to treat the old bath. With our product, they change it once a year.
