Electrodeposition Paint

We are Quzhou Coating from Zhejiang, China. This product is for big factories that want stability and less worry. We call it our one-component paint. What does one-component mean? You open the can and pour it in. There is no mixing on-site. In our 16 years, we have seen many problems. A worker adds too much of one part. Or they do not let it mix long enough. Then a whole tank of paint is wasted. That costs a lot of money. We made this product to stop that. We do all the complex mixing in our factory. You just add it to the tank, stir it a little, and start work. We cut the problem off before it reaches your shop.

The secret is in the hardener we use. We call it a blocked isocyanate. Think of it like a Trojan horse. During production, we wrap the hardener. It is sleeping. It does not react with the resin in the can. This gives the paint a long shelf life of 12 months. The magic happens in your oven. When the part goes in at >160°C, the wrapper opens. The hardener wakes up. It reacts with the resin to form a hard, strong film. We follow the ISO 1513 standard for stability. Even if stored in a warm warehouse below 40°C for 3 months, the viscosity changes less than 10%. The performance is always the same.

People who use two-component paints know about "pot life." You must use the mixed paint within a few hours. If not, it turns to gel and you must throw it away. With our one-component paint, this is not a problem. You have no pot life worry. If there is a holiday and the line stops for a few days, you do not need to empty the tank. The resin and pigment will not react. After the break, you just start the circulation. Adjust a little, and the bath is ready to go. One client makes appliance parts. They used to dread the long National Day holiday. They would come back to half a tank of bad paint. Now, with our product, the same bath has been running for 18 months. Their production efficiency is much higher.

This paint is easy to use. But the final film does not compromise on quality. For corrosion, it gives you over 800 hours in the ASTM B117 salt spray test on carbon steel. For adhesion, we use the cross-cut test. It is the best 0-level. We cut a grid into the film and pull it with tape. No squares come off. It also resists chemicals well. We test it with 10% sulfuric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide for 24 hours. After wiping, the film has no bubbles and no color change. The hardness and flexibility are all at a high level. The performance is not compromised. It is just simpler to use.

As a water-based paint, its green features are great. VOCs are under 80g/L. It has no lead or chromium. It meets the EU ELV rules for cars. But we also think about your workers. In the past, workers had to wear masks and gloves. They had to carefully weigh and mix materials. They had to watch the time. Now, they just check a few simple bath values like pH and solid content. They make small adjustments. This "simple" method cuts down on human error. It also makes your workers' jobs easier and more professional. This is what we aim for: efficient and clean coating.
