It has cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum all on one piece. Regular paint fails on one of them. It does not stick well. Or it causes a reaction. The color looks uneven. How We Make It Stick to Everything
Our 16 years of experience made this formula special. We added special agents to the standard epoxy mix. Think of them as a set of universal keys. They work with the surface of each metal. They actively grab onto it. The paint does not just sit on top. We follow the ISO 9227 standard during production. We control the bath's properties very carefully. This ensures the charged paint particles deposit evenly. It works especially well on aluminum, which is often hard to coat. This gives you a strong bond from the start.

We do not believe in one average number. We set clear standards for each metal. A maker of outdoor cabinets had trouble. Their cabinets used galvanized and cold-rolled steel. The welded spots on the steel always rusted first. We tested with them. For Cold-Rolled Steel (CRS), with a 20-25 micron film, we got over 800 hours in the ASTM B117 salt spray test. For Galvanized Steel (HDG), our formula stops zinc crystal growth. It reached 1000 hours. They now use us for their aluminum parts too. In the CASS test (ASTM B368), after 120 hours, corrosion was less than 2mm from the scratch.

Tough Enough for the Next Step
A good coating must look good. It must also survive the next steps. Your workers will bend and punch the parts. Our coating has a hardness of 2H to 3H. It can handle small scratches during assembly. But it is also flexible. We have a client who makes pre-coated steel. They do deep draws. Their old coating cracked. We showed them our T-bend test (ASTM D4145) . Our coating passed at 0T to 1T. You can fold the steel flat, and the paint does not peel. In the cupping test (ISO 1520) , the indentation depth is over 7mm. This means your parts can be formed without cracking. Your good parts rate stays high.
Easy for Your Team, Good for Export
We also think about your workers. This paint has a wide working window. The bath works well from 26°C to 32°C. It is stable. It does not settle easily. This makes it easy for your team to manage. They do not need to watch the numbers all the time. For the environment, this paint is safe. It meets the EU RoHS rules and our own GB 30981-2020 standard. VOCs are under 70g/L. It has no harmful tin compounds. Wastewater treatment is simple. This helps you pass audits for big local factories or export orders.
