Color Electrophoretic Coating

Color electrophoretic coating is our characteristic electrophoretic product series that combines decoration and protection. It breaks the color limitation of traditional electrophoretic paints which are mainly black and gray, and can be formulated into a variety of solid-color and special-effect electrophoretic coating films to meet the high-end appearance decoration needs of workpieces. Based on 16 years of R&D accumulation in electrophoretic coatings, we have optimized nano-pigment dispersion technology in the epoxy resin system to ensure uniform and full color of the color coating and stable batch color difference. At the same time, it fully retains the excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance of cathodic electrophoretic paint, realizing one-step coating of "decorative appearance + long-term protection". At present, our color electrophoretic coating covers dozens of mainstream color systems such as red, blue, green and champagne gold, supports accurate color matching with customer samples, and is widely used in industries with high appearance requirements such as home hardware, building profiles and jewelry accessories.

Color electrophoretic coating adopts a two-component packaging system, divided into color pigment paste and transparent base material. It can be accurately prepared on site according to color number requirements, with simple color matching operation. The bath solution has good color stability, and is not prone to color deviation, floating color and pigment flocculation during long-term continuous production. The product has a wide application window and can be directly used on conventional electrophoretic production lines without additional equipment. The coating film is smooth and bright, with transparent and uniform color, excellent adhesion and flexibility, and better weather resistance than ordinary solvent-based color coatings. All color formulas adopt a lead-free and tin-free environmentally friendly system, which meets the environmental protection requirements of export markets and can be directly used in the coating production of export products.

It is mainly used for metal workpieces with both appearance decoration and anti-corrosion protection needs, such as home hardware accessories, door and window aluminum profiles, automobile and motorcycle decorative parts, craft jewelry, and electronic equipment shells. It is compatible with various conductive metal substrates such as steel, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy.

Our color electrophoretic coating supports in-depth customization services for all color systems. Customers can provide color cards, physical samples or specific color parameters, and our R&D team can complete the development of customized color samples within 15 days. Free sample testing is provided before mass production. The product supports multiple customization directions such as ordinary solid color and metallic effect color, with a minimum order quantity of 500 kg. Different colors and models can be mixed in the same order. At the same time, we also provide complete OEM/ODM private labeling services, which can cooperate with customers to complete branded product supply.

We implement a strict full-process quality control system, with multiple inspection checkpoints from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery. Each batch of color electrophoretic coatings undergoes a full set of tests including color comparison, fineness, solid content and application performance, with a factory inspection report attached, to strictly control color difference between batches. 100% full inspection is carried out before product packaging, and third-party inspection is supported. If there are clear quality problems in the delivered products, we unconditionally accept returns. If customer production losses are caused by product quality problems, we shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities. The raw paint products come with a 6-month warranty period, and products beyond the warranty period can still be used normally after passing inspection.

A unified settlement method is adopted for both regular stock orders and customized orders: 50% of the payment is made after signing the formal purchase and sales contract, and the remaining 50% is paid after the goods arrive at the designated port. We support settlement in multiple currencies such as RMB, US dollar and Euro. Large-volume purchase orders can enjoy corresponding discount benefits according to the purchase volume. All cooperation shall sign a formal purchase and sales contract, which clarifies the rights and responsibilities of both parties and delivery standards, to ensure transaction security throughout the process.
