It is mainly used for surface protection and decorative coating of various aluminum alloy profiles such as architectural door and window aluminum profiles, curtain wall aluminum profiles, industrial aluminum profiles, furniture aluminum profiles and photovoltaic aluminum brackets. It is compatible with anodized aluminum profiles and other conductive aluminum alloy substrates.

We have established strict batch consistency control standards for aluminum profile electrophoretic products, with full-process control from raw material screening to finished product delivery. Each batch of products focuses on testing core indicators such as adhesion, weather resistance, color stability and leveling, and strictly controls color difference and performance deviation between batches to ensure that the mass production effect is highly consistent with the sample effect. Products leave the factory with complete test reports, and 100% full inspection is carried out before packaging, with third-party inspection supported. If there are clear quality defects in the product, we unconditionally accept returns. If customer production losses are caused by product quality, we shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities. The raw paint products come with a 6-month warranty period, and can be used normally after passing inspection beyond the warranty period.

We provide full-cycle on-site technical services for aluminum profile customers. During the bath commissioning stage, professional technical personnel are arranged to provide on-site full guidance to assist customers in completing bath solution configuration and parameter debugging, ensuring one-time successful production. After formal production, we regularly conduct on-site inspection of bath solution status, track indicators such as coating film adhesion, weather resistance and appearance, and give timely bath solution maintenance plans. We establish exclusive technical service files for each profile customer, carry out regular technical exchanges, and jointly optimize the coating process. When quality abnormalities occur in coating, the technical team responds quickly, gives solutions within 24 hours, and handles on-site if necessary, to fully ensure the long-term stable operation of the profile production line.
