Thick-film electrodeposition coating is a special electrophoretic product developed by us for scenarios with high anti-corrosion and thick film requirements. It breaks through the limitation of single film formation thickness of ordinary cathodic electrophoretic paints. Under standard application conditions, a single film formation can reach more than twice the film thickness of ordinary electrophoretic paints, greatly improving coating efficiency and protection grade. Based on in-depth modification of the epoxy resin crosslinking system, we have solved industry problems prone to thick-film electrophoresis, such as pinholes, orange peel and decreased adhesion. This thick-film electrodeposition coating has a dense and uniform coating film, free from defects such as pinholes, cracking and sagging. Its salt spray resistance is significantly enhanced with the increase of film thickness, which can meet the long-term anti-corrosion needs under severe working conditions. At present, it has been applied in batches in heavy anti-corrosion fields such as engineering machinery and marine engineering accessories.

Thick-film electrodeposition coating has excellent bath solution stability and application tolerance. Thick-film application can be realized on conventional electrophoretic production lines without additional equipment modification. The product has a throwing power of more than 20cm, and sufficient film thickness can be achieved in the inner cavities and gaps of complex workpieces to avoid the problem of thin coating and missed corrosion. The paint mixing operation is simple, and the bath solution is not prone to sedimentation and flocculation during long-term continuous production, with low on-site operation and maintenance difficulty. Our technical team will customize exclusive application process schemes such as voltage, time and temperature according to the customer's target film thickness and production line parameters to ensure stable mass production up to standard, helping customers reduce the number of coating passes and comprehensive production costs.

It is suitable for metal workpieces with high requirements for coating film thickness and anti-corrosion grade, such as engineering machinery structural parts, marine engineering accessories, automobile chassis parts, outdoor heavy steel structures and fasteners. We have established an exclusive full-process quality control system for thick-film electrodeposition coatings, and strictly carry out testing in accordance with ISO quality management standards. Each batch of products has multiple inspection checkpoints from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery, focusing on core indicators such as solid content, fineness, bath film formation thickness, compactness and salt spray resistance. Each batch of products is accompanied by a complete factory inspection report, and only when all indicators meet the standards can the products leave the warehouse. 100% full inspection is carried out before product packaging, and on-site inspection by third-party authoritative institutions is supported. If there are clear quality defects in the delivered products, we unconditionally accept returns. If customer production losses are caused by product quality problems, we shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities. The raw paint products come with a 6-month quality guarantee period, and products beyond the guarantee period can still be used normally after passing inspection.

Formal purchase and sales contracts are signed for all thick-film electrophoretic coating orders. A standardized settlement method is uniformly implemented for both regular stock and customized products: 50% of the payment is made after the contract is signed, and the remaining 50% is settled after the goods arrive at the designated port.
