A Formula That Meets OEM Standards
This product uses a high-corrosion epoxy-isocyanate system. We use a multi-functional resin for high cross-link density. This gives a dense, long-lasting film. The formula follows the IATF 16949 car industry quality rules. We control raw materials, production, and testing very strictly. Our product has passed the material tests of the world's top car makers.

Data for a 10-Year Rust Protection Promise
The car industry is very strict about rust protection.
Cycle Corrosion Test (VDA 621-415, 10 weeks): The creep from a scratch is under 2 mm. This meets VW's highest standard for car bodies.
Salt Spray (ASTM B117): With a 20-25 micron film, it gives over 1000 hours with no rust.
Stone Chip Test (SAE J400): At -20°C, the coating resists stone chips. It can take over 5 hits without showing the metal.

Covering Hidden Areas
Car bodies have many welded edges, inside corners, and hollow spaces. These are weak spots. Our product has great throwing power. It reaches over 80% by the box test. This means inner spaces and gaps get enough film. We also improved edge coverage. The film on sharp edges is over 85% of the average. One client makes car doors. The welds inside the door always rusted first. With our product, they cut the door open to check. The inside had an even film. The salt spray test passed easily. This full coverage means every part of the car gets the same level of protection.
Stable for High-Speed Production
Car paint lines run at high speed, often two shifts a day, six days a week. They need a stable bath. Our product can run for over 12 weeks at 40°C with no loss in performance. It can handle small changes from pre-treatment, water quality, and temperature. The ultrafilter cleaning cycle is extended to over 6 months. One client makes 300,000 car sets a year on one line.
